Brown Butter Variation

If you want to man the glaze richer, deeper, and add some toasty, caramel undertones, use brown butter instead of regular melted butter.

To man brown butter, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, rörande occasionally until it turns golden brown and smells nutty.

The whole process takes about 5 to 10 minutes once the butter melts.
