The wlan has been awful on my gods few Delta Air Lines flights.
Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.
Typical flying experience in the US. ingenting particularly good or bad.
I was able to select a gluten free meal for my outbound flygning operated bygd KLM but my urval wasn’t saved on Delta so inom ended up not having a hot meal.
The cabin crew was nice enough to offer some cheese so inom could pair it with some gf crackers inom had. The seat would recline but slowly but surely would komma back up so inom couldn’t sova as inom would have wanted to.
Forced to kvitto my bag which passform in carry on, boarded and then sat for over an hour waiting to take off with no explanation.

The kamp was about 2 1/2 hours delayed, but that was weather related. The flygning was also overbooked.

Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected bygd us needs a lot of improvement.

Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flygning. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.
The IFE was ganska old, but it worked fine and the content was good.

It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which fryst vatten not branded or labeled. Incorrect upplysning was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever.

The flygning was great, the only reason for mittpunkt scores on entertainment and food fryst vatten that it was a short flygning so not included (but tilltugg were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge).
inom would definitely recommend KLM.
Was ansträngande to change a flygning but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not tillgång my booking. Overall inom like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights inom would be very frustrated.

Boarding was a disaster being moved bygd Air France bygd bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
They lost my baggage and inom still have not got it back.

Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied tillgång to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible.

The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the personal were very helpful and humble BUT flygning from Paris to Mumbai was sad.

At check-in at Guarulhos Airport, inom was coerced to pay EUROS 100 for each of my two teenage kids travelling on economy premium on the same flygning (total charge of EUROS 200) to AIR FRANCE on the logisk that they were on a different class and therefore they would require additional care from the flygning crew.
My wife and inom would be (and actually flew) only a few meters from our kids on business class in the same flygning. Air France took EUROS 200 from me in exchange for absolutely ingenting. My kids are seasoned travelers and independent, and in any event, they were not given any special or any other assistance or attention bygd Air France flygning crew as result or in connection with the fee charged from me at any given time during the flygning to Paris - so ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AND THE FEE WAS SIMPLY ANOTHER WAY OF “MILKING “ ytterligare EUROS 200 FROM ME.
Worse, Air France made us wait for everyone to deplane in Paris to let us deplane - after an Air France Paris representative ridiculously confirmed that our kids were our kids, with our kids at that time already bygd our side seating in business class. We almost lost our connection to Malta as a result. Such a scheme from Air France fryst vatten outrageous – especially because it penalizes its customers flying in business class or in first class.

LAX to Copenhagen was very nice…business class…great service and comfortable seats…great value…Copehagen to Barcelona…business class was normal coach seating…a little cramped…box meal….good service
Had recurring problems with the touch-screen entertainment struktur repeatedly making up inputs, resulting in the movies randomly jumping forward and backward.
With the lack of proper controls, it was also difficult to get back to where the movie was up to. These phantom inputs were so comprehensive that the struktur even changed the language setting. Despite a schedule 6.25pm boarding time, it was announced in the Delta lounge at 6.15pm that boarding for the flygning had started, so of course everything started to head down.
While the gate continued to show a scheduled boarding of 6.25pm, it was 6.32pm before boarding actually started. No, not significantly different, and we ultimately ended up landing well before time (and landing time fryst vatten arguably more important than exactly when boarding starts). Seat bekvämlighet was fine, although only a small nook for anställda items, food was satisfying for me, and crew was pleasant.

Flight delayed 3 hours 45 minutes. Connecting flygning changed. Would have missed cruise fartyg. Had to cancel return flygning, because we couldn't just cancel flygning to Nice.
Pilot made us late 45 minutes with no explanation, missed our connection, they didn’t care
The flights from EWR to huvudstaden and from Copenhagen to JFK were great.
Love everything from SAS
First off, numerous things were misrepresented. When we purchased the Economy Plus tickets the fare allegedly includes tillgång to lounge. It was a rather short flygning. The meal given was a sandwich which did not look appealing at all. Unlike other europeisk airlines, SAS did not leave the mittpunkt seat empty for the higher fare paying customers.
Luckily since the flygning was light, inom could move to another row with no other passenger.
Icelandair flygning was excellent. The checkin and säkerhet arrangemang for myt Premium passengers at Newark was very poor - our checkin opened much later than the normal and our säkerhet queue simply led us to the back of the normal queue.
Someone was having a laugh surely!
Never took flygning. See previous comment on trip from Boston to Reykjavik. Used a different airline that inom had to find and book.
The flygning was on time and the crew was nice. inom did not like the fact that my husband and inom were seated in different rows. inom feel pressured bygd airlines to pay more to choose our seats.
We will sit anywhere, but we shouldn't have to pay to sit tillsammans. inom also think they should serve at least a prat that's free.
One of the worst airlines inom ever flew. Boarding fryst vatten a disaster, they are always late, the planes are overly crowded. Everyone on my flygning lost their connection because they were 2h late.

My only area of issue was the flygning was rather warm and the knobs for cool air didn't allow much cool air to komma through. Everything else was great.

Well! They got me as far as Iceland, let me wait around at the airport since my next flygning had either left or canceled, finally gave me my luggage, and sent me to wait ganska some time with sju other people for a ride to a hotel. At the hotel we got a chef's salad, a nice room for the night which unfortunately had fjäder pillows and duvet (allergies), a really great and spectacular buffé for breakfast (small but stunning), taxis back to the airport for the 9:30 Delta flygning back to Minneapolis.
The Delta flygning has free food and liquor included which Icelandair does not. All in all, it falls far short of my worst ever United flygning to SGN. Icelandair did change my reservation after my roommate tested positiv for COVID and we canceled our plans to travel around Iceland, but the charges were fairly hefty. inom had trouble contact Kayak's agents to discuss changing my reservations and finally contacted Icelandair who changed them.
(I used their contact form eller gestalt and put in several requests for call backs.) Of course, they called just after inom made the change with Icelandair.
Flight was delayed. They did a terrible job rebooking me. Agent on the ground was useless. The partner airline who ran the plane was able to help me but Iceland air was useless
We had to be bussed to the plane.
And it was raining. Not a pleasant experience.
